Meredith Devine
About
Meredith Devine is a Dallas Native who has been teaching piano since 2013. She holds a Master of Music in Piano Pedagogy from Texas Christian University and also obtained her Bachelor Degree in Piano Performance from TCU. Meredith acquired her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance Cum Laude from Texas Christian University where she was a piano student of John Owings and studied piano pedagogy with Dr. Ann Gipson. She received the TCU Chancellor Scholarship in Music and participated in master classes with Dr. Veda Kaplinsky of the Juilliard School of Music, as well as with Robert Weirich and Dr. Carol Leone. She completed a marketing internship in summer of 2013 with the Van Cliburn Foundation. Meredith has experience teaching privately as well as group teaching through the TCU Piano Laboratory Program and The Gray School of Music. She is a member of the Richardson Music Teacher Association as well as the Junior Pianist Guild. She frequently serves as an adjudicator for The Hockaday School and the Plano Music Teachers Association. Outside of piano, Ms. Devine enjoys going to White Rock Lake, hot yoga, and spending time with her Wheaten Terrier, Penny.
