About

It is my sincere desire that my teaching, student dedication and parental support will form an effective team to make piano lessons a positive, challenging and rewarding experience. Piano lessons are an investment in more than simply learning to play the instrument. Other benefits of piano instruction are important life skills such as focus, self-discipline, confidence, poise, commitment, learning to complete a task, coordination, listening skills, using the whole brain, abstract reasoning skills and problem solving. Development of piano skills will enhance the student's aesthetic values and perceptions and will provide a basis for lifelong musical enjoyment.
